Who are we?

Safer Home Property Management Limited is a privately owned company which was incorporated in 1999 to administer a portfolio of rental properties. Since then we have utilised the experience we gained to provide a complete property management service to clients.

Anyone who owns property can benefit from the services we provide. Whether you are an absentee property owner or a landlord with investment properties our expertise can help minimise the risks normally associated with tenancies.

What do we offer?

Our services include, but are not limited to :
- Initial property appraisals to determine rental potential
- Introducing tenants, utilising a thorough screening technique to ensure their suitability 
- Arrangement of leases and  the management of bonds
- Complete, detailed property inspections on a quarterly basis, and on changeover of tenants 
- Collection of rental, including delinquencies 
- Resolving tenancy disputes,  including representation at mediation and Tenancy Tribunal hearings 
 - Payment of regular  accounts including such as rates and insurance 
- Arrangement of ongoing maintenance and the supervision of the third parties involved 
- Anything else on request              

What does it cost?

The above services are provided for a commission, charged rentals received, based on a minimum six month management contract. GST is levied as an additional charge. There are no extra charges for payments of accounts on your behalf, such as property maintenance items, rates, insurance premiums.
